§ 5. Effective dates Publication.

Latest version.

This ordinance shall become effective and be in full force and operation thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage and approval and shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its passage in the Coalinga Record in the City of Coalinga.

The foregoing ordinance was introduced by Councilman Larson at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of December, 1973.

The foregoing ordinance was passed, adopted, and ordered to print at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of January, 1974, by the following roll call vote:

Ayes:	O'Neill, Bunker, Griffith, Larson, Texeira.
Noes:	None.
Absent:	None.
