§ 6-1.07. Wearing dog license tag required.

Every owner or keeper of a licensed dog shall at all time cause the dog to wear the license tag on a collar or other means of attaching the tag to the dog. Violation of this section is an infraction. The Animal Control Officer may presume that a dog not wearing a license tag is unlicensed.
