§ 6-1.08. Lost and destroyed tags to be replaced immediately.

If the dog license tag is lost or destroyed, a duplicate tag shall be obtained from the Police Department within seven (7) days, upon paying a fee in the amount specified by resolution of the City Council and either surrendering the receipt for the lost tag or certifying under penalty of perjury that a tag was obtained and that the receipt cannot be found.
