§ 6-1.22. Control of unspayed and unaltered cats.

It shall be unlawful for any person who owns, harbors or keeps any unspayed or unaltered cat four (4) months of age or older within the City to allow or permit such unspayed or unaltered cat to be or remain outdoors.
